Problem-solving has been a huge part of my life, and my professional experiences shaped it further. I uncovered root causes in IT, sharpened my attention to detail in QA, and experienced cross-functional collaboration in Project Management. What I was missing was a creative outlet. UX became the perfect way to merge all these aspects with design.
